Embodied Anatomy is the work of Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen and her method known as Body-Mind Centering (BMC). BMC is an ongoing, experiential journey into the alive and changing territory of the body. The explorer is the mind – our thoughts, feelings, energy, soul and spirit. Through this journey we are led to an understanding of how the mind is expressed through the body in movement.
Classes will include applications in movement, anatomical concepts and their relationship to yoga asana. A session may include anatomical images, guided movement, partner work, feedback sharing and explorations.

Chair Yoga
with Kati Walker
This class is designed for people who would like to reap the benefits of yoga, but who are unable to participate in a yoga mat class. You will learn how to adapt traditional yoga postures to a chair so while you are at work, or sitting down at a computer, or watching television, you can enjoy yoga sitting down. This class is mildly challenging to suit everyone's needs so chair supported standing poses may be introduced. Yogic breathing exercises, guided meditation, and relaxation are included.Community Yoga Classes
