Chair Yoga

This class is designed for people who would like to reap the benefits of yoga, but who are unable to participate in a yoga mat class. You will learn how to adapt traditional yoga postures to a chair so while you are at work, or sitting down at a computer, or watching television, you can enjoy yoga sitting down. This class is mildly challenging to suit everyone's needs so chair supported standing poses may be introduced. Yogic breathing exercises, guided meditation, and relaxation are included.Wednesday 12:00 to 1:00 pm with Kati Walker
