Tier 1 Yoga

For Iyengar Yoga students who are well practiced in the standing poses, and have a minimum 4 minute sirsasana practice as well as sarvangasana with variations. Full arm balances and backbends are introduced in these classes. The difficulty rating listed helps you to see which classes are more or less challenging.
