FAQ's

I have several health issues. Can I do yoga?
If you have any conditions or injuries, please ask the office staff for a student information form. Complete the form and return it to the office. We will recommend the best class for your needs.

When can I move from the Yoga Basics classes to the next level?
You can stay in Yoga Basics as long as you like. If, after 6 sessions of the 5 weeks series (30 weeks), you would like to attend a more challenging class, speak to your primary teacher for advice. If you have studied yoga previously, you may be ready to move on after just a couple of series.

For how long are set of 5 non-consecutive classes valid?
Two months.

For how long are set of 10 non-consecutive classes valid?
Three months

When should I start a daily home practice?
As soon as possible. Ask your primary teacher for advice.
